Good Headphones

It is nice that there is a voice that says whether they are on or off if you don't want to look at the code of lights blinking at you. They are definitely grey. Silver to me implies some level of metallic color. They are just a matte grey. I got these cancel out bass music and domestic disputes from my obnoxious neighbors. They do a really great job doing that. There is a point at which they no longer cancel out the bass noise by merely being on without any additional audio being piped in. The case they come in is nice and hardy. Bluetooth pairing them with my phone was super easy. I would definitely buy these again. Would that they just came in more interesting colors than black and grey.

The Best A/N/C Headphones!

They are just as good as the Bose 700 which I have tried as well, even more comfortable, and for about 100 dollars left a much much better deal. Sony knows what they're doing!

I was in flight with a person using these headphones and I asked about them. He said that the SONY were the best. I went to Best Buy and tried Beats, Bose, and others and when I put on the Sony I could not believe the difference. I see so many on the Plane with Bose and think they just went with a name. Listen for yourself and you will agree SONY is the BEST.

Top of the line Headphones

HPs are very customizable for a person's noise cancelling preferences. They are very comfortable to wear. Damien, Store Manager, at Arundel Mills MD store gave me the sale discount because the sale price had ended unbeknownst to me 2 days earlier. So I got a ready great price.

Comfortable, clear sound

These are no exception and I love it that they have great sound and are comfortable, so can be worn for long stretches. They seldom lose connection but when they do, they connect back quickly. No complaints.

Great headphones and on big sales now

Loved my Bose QC-35 but the battery wasn’t lasting more than 8 hours. The Sony headphones sound great and have amazing noise cancellation. The battery life is easily 16-18 hours. My only complaint is they take longer to pair to my phone and iPad. The Bose paired immediately. Since these Sony headphones have a new version out, they were almost $80 off. Great deal.

Awesome so far!

I really like them— theyre comfortable, light, and have cool features. I downloaded the app that they recommended, and with that the headphones basically track my movement and adjust the noise cancellation accordingly. I think that is really neat!! The sound quality and the volumes are also really good. Also, I wish I paid attention more but these are NOT water resistant. Makes me nervous to wear them in the rain, but have been able to avoid that anyway!

It’s lighter, and I love how we can finally connect to 2 devices! Took them long enough. I’ve been a fan of the touch features and being able to hold a hand over the ear cup to let sound in. Now you can enable when you speak for it to stop playing and that’s super convenient but of course can be annoying sometimes too. But I definitely recommend these over any of the other headphones on the market.

The noise cancelling is awesome and it has some great features. Also, these are very comfortable headphones, although they are very light and can easily be bent. As an audiophile want-a-be, I thought the sound was very good, but not great. I prefer the sound of my Sennheiser M2's although they are not nearly as comfortable. (the Sennheiser M3 is out now for $399). Sound is subjective so try them out first and compare to other products.

Clean sound, a lot of modification options using the app, and great battery life. Great that the charging cable and a 3.5mm come in the carrying case. Only complaint so far is they can trap heat on my ears.

Not Enough Volume for Home Theater

I bought these to use with my home theater to be able to watch movies with loud special effects so I don't disturb my neighbors. Unfortunately, these were volume limited and did not go any louder than where I have to keep my volume now. Plus, there was a noticeable delay when I was watching streaming services.

For the audio delay, please try the following steps to remedy the issue:
Update Firmware: Ensure that your headphones are updated to the latest firmware version. This can sometimes improve performance and reduce latency.
Use a Wired Connection: If possible, use a wired connection instead of Bluetooth. This will eliminate the delay entirely.
