My first pair of high quality wireless headphones and I am loving them so far. The battery last a long time, the sound is excellent and it syncs to phones, iPads and tablets with ease. Excellent so far.

Great sound and comfort, finicky software

Bluetooth on Windows 10 PCs can be a little inconsistent at times and so can the app on Android as it can be impossible to connect sometimes. The app is needed to change certain settings like EQs or touch controls. There are times where I have to unpair the headphones from my device, uninstall the app, then re-pair it and install the app again for it to work again as doing the usual turning off and on the Bluetooth on the phone or holding down the power button on the headphones to pair don't always work to get the app functioning properly. It can also be difficult sometimes to update the headphones to the latest firmware as it will not always download it right away even with automatic download turned on. Overall, these are a great pair of headphones, just wish the software side of things could be a bit better.

It's unfortunate that you're having connectivity issues with the app. Make sure that the Sony Headphones Connect app is up-to-date for optimum performance. Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue:

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I Love these headphone, the Noise Cancellation is amazing, ofcorse you can hear minor sounds, especially if they are just on your ears with nothing playing, with something playing, they are incredable, I am very happy with my purchase, sometimes the left ear makes a little humming sound but it comes and goes and really isn't that big of a deal, When using them to talk to people on the phone, they are great for you and the person you are on the phone with, with these headphones and the technology, they hear you better than ever.

Pretty good headphones

Comparing to Apples Airpods Pro, base is much better, midrange a bit lacking, and vocals too sibilant (but I prefer these over the airpods).
