They don’t fall of your head and are great for the gym or everyday use also you can’t hear anything with them on and playing music which is great unless you are not into that.

They have a bunch of settings so you can determine how much you want to hear areound you! There is even an app which can learn your main locations and adapt as you seg them for each space. I use them every day and cant get enough of them. I highly recommend them!

To address the volume, we recommend checking the Sony | Headphones Connect app to ensure the internal volume slider is turned up. Additionally, you can swipe up repeatedly on the right ear cup touch sensor to increase the headset's independent volume level.

I bought the XM2 version probably 5 years ago, and they completely changed my relationship with music and headphones. They are on at least 2 hours a day. I thought I'd never buy anything other than sony after that, those headphones are still as good as they were when i got them (I mostly upgraded so i could give them to my daughter, and I just wanted a nice new set). The sound from them is absolutely perfect, and every note comes through. The XM4s aren't complete garbage to be fair, they're just not good enough to replace what Sony was making 5 years ago (or whenever the XM2s were put out). These felt cheap, were uncomfortable, and subtle elements from some of my favorite music just wasn't coming through. I returned them after a week. I genuinely loved my XM2 headphones, and was sad to have to find a different solution outside of Sony.

I’ve tried the AirPod max, Bose qc and these by far have the most well rounded sound. Any beginner audiophile should look into grabbing these

Great for kids with autism!

Noises bother her and affect her life negatively. She heard about these online and begged us to get them for her. Without hesitation we did so and it has been a great purchase. She can ride in car, go out in public and restaurants without being over stimilated now.

Great noise canceling for focus

The first day I was wearing them I didn't even notice piano movers bringing a piano into my house. We have also used them with our smart TV. The microphone is OK for phone call. The dual paired devices is nice if I am listening to music and I get a call via my computer but works best when only 1 device is paired. I would recommend these. They are also very comfortable. I have a small head and they fit just fine.
