Great sound quality and convenient.

The sound quality is just as good as more expensive options, and I prefer it over the XM5 since it can fold. The only issue is that the it pauses too long after a conversation.

I Bought 3, Great for ASD

I bought my partner a pair, then another for a family member with ASD. Excellent noise cancelation and sound quality. I will put them on when riding the subway and not even put sound on; just let it quiet the noisy subway. I wish they were water resistant but the build quality is solid nevertheless.

Needing to drown out the sorrow, I decided to buy these headphones. The sound quality is superb, but the noise cancellation is where these headphones really shine. Either one will be a great buy. Just went with the xm4 beacuse i do like the look a bit better

It helps to know you need to press a little firmly to snap the cord plug into the headphone. Also, the computer finds USB hid interfaces, so there is some unadvertised (secret!) USB functionality, not just charging. Finally, the charging didn't seem to work with a plain 2A charger; only with a computer USB port.

It is recommended to use a commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 1.5 A or more (If the output current is less than 1.5 A, the charging time will increase, and the music playback time after 10 minutes of charging will decrease.) The full operation with all chargers is not guaranteed.

The noise cancelling works as intended, it pairs easily to the two devices. The transition between the two devices whiles playing sounds is seamless and very fast. The little sensor lets the music pause as soon as you take the headphones off. However, I have found that the music plays if I leave the headphones on my head, or hanging on my neck. I think this is because the sensors end up being covered and mistake my head/cheat for my ears. I would rather pause whatever I’m listening to than rely on the headphones, unless you completely take them off. There’s not a lot of improvement from the XM3s.
