To help maximize the battery life, please check your Sony | Headphones Connect app and ensure features like DSEE Extreme are disabled, as these can increase power consumption. For the headband comfort, some users find that a third-party padded cover helps alleviate the pressure. Hi Wills, while we are glad to hear that you are happy with the comfort and sound quality of your WH1000XM4, we are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with its bluetooth connection feature. Once a device and the headset are paired, there is no need to pair them again. Connect to devices already paired with the headset using the methods necessary for each device.

For this, if you are pairing the headphones to your TV, please turn off the Bluetooth connection of your mobile device.

Hi MXmouse, Thank you for your honest review. Please note that the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
