Noise canceling feature fulfilled my expectation when using them at a local coffee shop. I could barely hear any outside noises. Also, the feature of using Bluetooth on 2 devices is convenient for those taking calls while multi-tasking on a laptop or other electronic device. The only con I can think of is the material used for the ear phones. If using for several hours, it does get slightly sweaty and hot.

Better than before!

The new sensor that stops media from playing is sensitive enough where it doesn't feel like a gimmick. The only one wish I have is more control for the multi-device; there should be a switch in app to switch instead of having to disconnecting one of the devices. Other than that, amazing!

Call quality of Bose is unbeatable, if your prime purpose of headphones is listening to music then I recommend go for Sony, I am sure that you won't regret.

Best headphones I’ve ever used!

I am a truck driver. At night when my truck is idling, I put on reduce wind noise which is the notch before full noise canceling and I can’t hear my truck so it works great. Listen to the new album by Silk Sonic while wearing these.

They are built to last, and (while I have not listened to them) she says have great audio quality. Thanks for the feedback! While we're glad you like the incredible audio quality and most of the features, we regret to hear you find them uncomfortable during use. Our WH-1000XM4 has a slider that you can use to adjust the length of the headband to get the best fit and for comfortable listening experience.
Note: If you put on the headset without adjusting the slider, the headset may not be positioned properly on your head, resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

The noise cancelling on these exceeded my expectations. Controls are easy and convenient even though it was a little confusing for me getting used to it. My only complaint is that the noise canceling doesn't work while it's charging.

I put these on with some white noise, and I don't hear a thing around me.
