Sound quality and noise cancellation are unmatched. The only downside is that the app is a little complex in the beginning to learn but overall nice.

With the WH-1000XM4 it has usb C and for the first time lets you connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once! The sony app also works pretty well on IOS.

One feature that can help Sony is the ability to automatically connect to more than 2 devices, just like Apple AirPods.

I like the idea switching to ambient sound mode when tap on the cup. The sound quality, noise canceling and comfortable wearing make me enjoy and immerse to music for hours.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). Sound quality may vary depending on the source content.
