The only downside would be the choice of materials as it is feels very light and fragile. The padding on the ear cups are comfy but I feel that they are difficult to keep clean without wearing the material out.

Customizable EQ or preset. I do think the app software could be refined and make it more user friendly but i havent really used it much so maybe it me being new and the learning curve.
