    I really like Sony headphones, but this "speak to chat" feature that keeps activating by itself again and again, even when deactivating it in the app, it's so annoying and ruining my experience, I hope it gets fixed

      While we are pleased you like our WH-1000XM4, we are really sorry if you are encountering an issue with the Speak-to-Chat feature. This is definitely not the news we'd like to hear from you.

      The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset. but in rare cases, it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. To disable the Speak-to-Chat function of these headphones, please follow the steps below:

      • Hold 2 fingers to the touch sensor control panel until you hear the voice guidance say, “Speak-to-chat deactivated”.

    After 6 months of use the hinge breaks and the hrd part of it is, the repair is almost half of the price of the headphones soo just buy Airpods. For those who bought this, Im sorry for your experience. For those who are going to buy it, dont say we didnt warn you!!!

    do not buy without googling WH-1000xm4 squealing noise. Very poor performance, squealing can't be fixed. App quit working, and can't be fixed by reloading reloaded 0 stars.

      Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear what happened with your headphones. The indicator does not light up. There may be a problem with charging. Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet. When charging the headset through a USB port on a computer, try the following as well:

      - Make sure that the computer is turned on.
      - If the computer is equipped with multiple USB ports, use another port.
      - Connect the headset directly to the computer without using a USB hub.

      We do apologize for the inconvenience. To isolate the issue, please try to reset the headphones to factory default settings and try again. Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected and then press and hold the (power) button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

      We recommend you download the Sony Headphones Connect App so you can adjust the audio settings.

    Problem with earphone

Depending on the surrounding environment, wind noise may increase when the Ambient Sound Mode is turned on. In that case, cancel the voice focus with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. If the wind noise is still significant, turn off the Ambient Sound Mode.
