Nothing beats the sound quality and noise cancelation of these headphones. The battery life is great and these were super easy to pair and update to my Galaxy S20. The touch controls can be a bit finicky at times, but nothing too major.

Love the the clear sounds of the music I listen to as a dj I can actually hear the highs and lows of the the music. Clear sound of the spoken words I can actually hear the words very clean and clear. I also have the ability to turn on a setting that will allow for automatic stoppage of my music if a call comes in or if someone walks up to me while wearing these headphones. The fit over my ear is comfortable and not pitching. Nice snug fit.

The bass is amazing, it almost shakes your head, and the quality of the sound is just unimaginable. Something you need to tryout for yourself.

I checked professional reviews for both and thought the Sony was a little ahead, plus price was lower than the Bose at the time I bought it. It is an excellent headphone, and don't regret choosing it. I like it that is wireless, the battery last for days, on the kind of use I have for it. I use it for Zoom meetings, for listening to music on my laptop, and to watch videos and listening to music on my phone. Noise cancelling is excellent, and has other alternatives that allow me to listen to my surroundings. Added to that I like the feature that allows me to pause the sound on he headphone by just putting the palm of my hand on the right ear headphone, so I can talk to someone or listen to anything that might be happening around me. Also I like the feature that I can control the volume, pause songs, advance to another song and more by gesturing on the right ear headphone.

Great Sound, Light weight, not easy pairing

They’re comfortably fit around my ears for hours. The main positive is its weight. I really only downside is the controls to pairing and unpairing is difficult.

No doubt about it, they are expensive. But I definitely see it as an investment and not so much “breaking the bank”. If you’re annoyed and want to shut out the world, THESE ARE THE HEADPHONES FOR YOU! If you want to feel like you’re in the studio whilst listening to your favorite song, THESE ARE THE HEADPHONES FOR YOU. No joke. Also, they double as earmuffs lol because the ear part is very cushy. Anyway, 10/10, I definitely recommend, plus I would get the warranty… I’m an anxious person and I always get it just in case lol. ONE DOWNSIDE, I feel like on the website the silver color looks more cream colored, and in person they give more silver/gray. I didn’t like that at first but it grew on me!

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well.. ive been saving up for these for a while now.. i work nights and its extremely hard for me to sleep during the day.. i figure l try out sonys anc and listen to some meditation music and see id that works.. the xm4s literally saved my life.. i sleep like a baby every day.. super comfortable, blocks out almost everything when i have some light music playing.. and sound quality is top notch definitely the best headphones ive ever had.. especially with the app you can really fine tune them to fit what your going for.. xm4s are on point! Only minor gripe.. is that i have a really small head haha so most headphones come off pretty easily.. i do wish they made the adjustments a little more accomodating for that.. but its still a lot better than most headphones in that regard.. again super comfortable.. 5 stars for sure!

The noise cancellation is superb. Better than my boise anc. Very comfortable and sound is excellent too. Battery life is pretty long as well. I would highly recommend this product.

I Love The Sony - WH-1000XM4 Headphones

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Sony - WH-1000XM4 during the Black Friday sale to program to my Bluetooth on my 2022 Samsung S95B OLED 55-inch 4K Smart Television to watch sports, HBO-Max, Showtime, Starz, Epix, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. I love these Sony Headphones and the noise cancelling. The sound quality of these headphones is awesome. I originally purchased the Samsung - Galaxy Buds2 Pro but they didn't feel as comfortable in my ears and sometimes they would get loose in my ears and fall out. Also, I get up to 30 hours with the Sony Headphones before they need recharging. I can practically watch television all day before I need to recharge them. The Samsung Galaxy Pro 2 Earbuds only last about 5 hours before needing to be recharge

Solid choice for the money

There could be better insulation from outside noise and although the headphones do an amazing job in most environments, they struggle to cancel out certain noises in real time, such as in a coffee shop. I love that they can be used both wired and wirelessly, so sound quality doesn't have to be sacrificed. The app could be better and Bluetooth connectivity can cut out if multiple devices are carried together. Overall, they're a solid choice for the money.

Solid pair of headphones

Comfy feel to them, dont slip off when I use them for running on a treadmill or lifting weights. I bought silicone covers for my ear muffs that are specifically designed for this model of sony headphones. And if you need to buy specific parts to the headphones then amazon is great for extra ear muffs or the leather on the top middle of the headphones. The noise cancellation is really nice. My mind set was come in looking to buy bose headphones but after trying the sony samples, these were much better quality. I give these a 5 outta 5.

The multi-point connections are really helpful so I can stay connected to my phone & TV. The Sony app has many options to customize the sound. The headset is very comfortable. They are expensive, but I ended up getting them on sale.

Used recently on a flight and worked great! Plan to use on a road trip in the near future. Have beats flex and a few others similar. The ones that go in ear work good for most part and blocks all noise. My sony are over ear making more comfortable. Blocked all the noise of the plane out. Blocks tv and stuff in house. When someone comes up and takes to be it let's their voice in, I can cover one side and let noise in, I talk and it let's noise in, all automatically. When I take off it pauses my phone or tablet it's connected to. Sound quality is get. They are expensive but worth it if you catch a sale.

Very nice headphones but the BTH connection

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are very nice headphones with excellent noise cancellation qualities and I originally purchased it bc of the awesome reviews I’ve seen online however I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this but sometimes the headphones will unconnect randomly and if you use the duo connection for two devices. On most occasions the headphones will first connect to the other device before the one you want to if that other device is close enough. I use an iPhone XS Max and an iPad Pro 3rd Gen as the two devices I use the duo connection on. I found that this problem usually gets solved when you turn off this feature but because I use it so much and find it inconvenient to turn it off and on through the Sony app before using the headphones I just deal with it (that or I just move my other device really far away so that it won’t connect to it). If it weren’t for that I’d give these headphones a full 5 stars but yeah this is basically the only problem I had with them. Leaving on a good note though these headphones have the best battery time I’ve ever seen having upgraded from my regular airpod pros. After 5hrs of use these headphones still have enough juice in them to go another 3hrs! Def recommend to anyone looking for a good noise canceling headphones with long battery life.
