    Love these! Very comfortable on my head as most give me headaches but this one doesn't and the noise cancelling is insane.

    Noise cancellation is excellent. Comfort is very good. Works great with all my devices EXCEPT my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S10+). I can hear well with it but the microphone doesn’t work with the phone, so have to hold it up to use phone mic. But decided to keep it because it is otherwise great,

    These headphones were a gift to my son for Christmas. As I was in the kitchen prepping Christmas dinner, he comes in bawling. I thought something was wrong. I held him and asked him what was wrong. Through tears he said "I can hear evey sound. These are amazing headphones. Thank you so much mom." And the tears continued to flow. He was more than happy with his gift. I'm extremely happy that I got them on Black Friday because I thought about getting some for myself today for my birthday. Um....nope. But they sound fantastic!!!

    Headphones are amazing. Comes with a free few month subscription to tidal for master recordings of songs. It sounds extremely good and battery is good. Very expensive so look for sales around 280.

      We're happy your WH-1000XM4 headphones sound great, but apologize for the connection issue with your computer. This is often fixed by clearing the headphones' pairing history: please try performing a factory reset by holding the power and NC/Ambient button for about 7 seconds, and then attempt to re-pair with your computer.
