    I read that the newer models have design hinge issues, so I purchased the 10004XM instead to avoid issues. Absolutely happy that I did!!!!

    Excellent product by Sony. I was glad we were able to test them out and purchase in store. Great noise cancelling headphones. Several features I enjoy was the separate app and ease of learning all the tips to better your all around sound experience . I highly recommend these headphones. Thank you Best Buy.     Bought thesw for work from home when my family is around. They try to be quiet, but there are just constant minor distraction sounds anyways. These headphones are perfect for this. Synched with computer and MS Teams real easy. Can use with just NC function. Or can us use with NC and soft music to concentrate, or whatever helps you concentrate. With the NC on and music on low volume I find it real easy to focus on work. Music sounds great louder too if I am just listening to music.

    XM4. I have the XM2 and XM3, so I knew I would like this. I handed down the other two to my wife and son when I got this. The main reason for getting these is the ability to pair to two devices. I decided on the Blue color (XM2 were tan and XM3 were silver) I think the color is MUCH better in person. The copper "SONY" accents make these pretty classy looking. The case color matches the blue and the Zipper pull is the copper color. If you haven't had the Sony before, you cant go wrong. Price is better than Bose....and so is the sound and noise cancelling.

    The sound quality, blue tooth connectivity and battery life are excellent. The software features are very useful. But 3.5mm headphone jack is not 4-pole so you cant use the built in microphone through a cable.

    I never had own such an amazing pair of headphones until I purchased these!! I love how comfortable they sit whether I’m working out!! It’s hard to find headphones that won’t hurt your ears after a long period of time and I’m glad Sony was able to reach my expectations!! 10/10
