To ensure you get the best performance, we recommend adjusting the settings in the "Sony | Headphones Connect" app. For an optimal experience, please set the [Ambient Sound Control] to [Noise Canceling] mode. Keep in mind that if you have Adaptive Sound Control enabled, it could impact the noise-canceling effectiveness, so you may want to consider modifying that setting as well.

So when a call comes in, your headphones know which device is ringing and connect to the right one automatically.
