    sound stage is good, and anc is good when it comes to reducing low frequency noises (airplane engine, heater, etc.). battery life comes to around 15-17 hours depending on settings.

    I really recommend reading xm3 reviews and decide: If you would pay 350 for the xm3 even thought those are cheaper, then totally buy the xm4. Xm4: - More comfortable - Usage detection - Like 5% better ANC - Speak to deactivate ANC - Better microphone - Connect to two bluetooth devices

    Great all around ANC headphones. My only gripe is that they're a little too plastic, but that is also a good thing because they are light.

    I bought these for my wife, she uses them all the time and absolutely loves them. They're comfortable and sound great. Fantastic purchase. Only slight downside is having to charge them, but the battery life is decent.

    I bought this during thanksgiving, assuming this was a good product. However this model has serious connectivity issues. It does not automatically connect to your paired Bluetooth device (at least my headphone) and you need to reset the headphone every time before connecting which is pain. Quite disappointed but I am sure Sony will fix it in future.

      We definitely want to get this fixed for you so you can actually enjoy your music. Please try these steps to see if they clear up that connection glitch:

      -Make sure to check the Sony | Sound Connect app for any available firmware updates.

      -Go into your device’s Bluetooth settings and "Forget" the headphones. Then, do the same on any other devices they might be paired to.

      -Try a initialization. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP0002752746.html

      If those steps don't stop the issue, please reach out to our Support Team directly at https://us.esupport.sony.com/support/s/support-contact?language=en_US&category=headphones
