Great headphones, charging is a problem.

I'm reallly really careful with all of my electronics. So I am bummed out that the have stpped charging. 16 months/$400, now they are garbage.

Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like your WH1000XM4 headphones, we're sorry to hear that it stopped charging. Allow us to help troubleshoot the problem. Please try some solutions below:
Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
Check that the USB Type-C cable is firmly connected to the headset and the USB AC adaptor or computer.
Make sure that the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the AC outlet.
Check that the computer is turned on.
Wake the computer up if the computer is in standby (sleep) or hibernation mode.
When using Windows 8.1, update using Windows Update.
Restart your computer, and check whether the situation has improved.
Reset the headset.

The only issue is with updates, as they seem to wipe your previous settings each time. It’s annoying, and inconvenient, but easy to fix with their mobile app,

Sony gave it all, right budget, Awesome Sound quality, Design, and No doubt the Noise cancellation is great. The icing comes with the color Blue.

Really appreciate having these to cancel out the noise of machinery during my workday. The only negative is when in a phone call the receiver cannot understand me clearly.

The active noise cancellation is top notch and the sound quality is amazing. The only downside to these headphones are that there are only 3 colors to choose from but other then that I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Got the midnight blue. I had the XM3s and no real difference...except if you need multi-point connections.

Bose vs. Sony?

Great Noise Canceling, average call quality

The call quality continues to be average as the update on the microphone appears to be very small compared with XM3 version. Having the ability to pair two devices simultaneously is the main and probably only justification if you want to upgrade from XM3.
