I'm really impressed by the sound quality, noise cancelling performance, and feature set. They are comfortable to wear for several hours at a time. I haven't yet had opportunity to try the microphone for videoconferencing, but I am optimistic. These are not budget headphones. But you do get what you pay for with these.

It worked well, and sounded pretty good. However, I returned these since my Apple Airpods Max sounded just as good to my aging ears. So, these became unnecessary. If you won't be connecting to apple products, pick these over the the AirPods Max, they are a way better value. If you do plan to use with Apple products, the AirPods max will give you a better more robust experience.

Not a keeper for me

Was using AirPods Pro which work very well but sometimes bugs my ears. Back to the Sony headphones… Sound is pretty good, not great. Seems to have some crackle at times. Could be the Bluetooth connection which is also why I’m returning them. They have a really hard time staying connected to our LG OLED C2 which hasn’t been a problem for the AirPods or other buds. Too frustrating. Purchased Bose QC Ultras to try instead. Much more money of course but way better sound and no more connection problems.

So good has pretty good bass and you can customize the sound quality through the Sony app. Gets pretty lousy and the touch panel on the right side is responsive. Definitely worth it

Nice noise-cancelling over-the-ear headphones

I have not taken any trips since receiving these, so I don't know how well they will work against the noise of jet engines. I did, however, try listening to a quiet audio recording (Barber's "Adagio for Strings") while sitting next to a running vacuum cleaner. The headphones performed well to dramatically reduce the sounds of the vacuum cleaner. I could turn the headphone noise cancelling off to see what a difference the electronic feature provides -- well beyond the "ear muffs" effect of their over-the-ear design.
