No complaints in the slightest. The audio is crisp and clear, battery lasts a good while, and they're pretty durable. I'm usually worried I'll snap them with the size of my noggin but they don't get stressed too much at all.

I honestly can't suggest these headphones enough, GET THEM, and if you dont like them for the first week then return them. Be Warned They will bring a smile to your face because they bring Life back into your music. IMPORTANT: I suggest to close your eyes when using them, it elevates the experience. Clarity: 10/10 Based on the song, you'll probably have an out of body experience when using these headphones. Base: 9/10 Change default settings for more base if need be. The settings you chose will make you hear things you didn't Noise Canceling: 10/10 Better than bose, without the pain. Battery: 10/10 Charge for 10-30 minutes get hours of playback. Overall: 10/10 Yet another BestBuy.

These headphones are UNREAL!! Off the bat, I love the bass and sound quality. I've had them for about a year now. They are so comfortable; I can wear them for long periods of times. Good for going to the gym, running errands, or just listening to music. The ANC noise cancellation is great. There is an app compatible with most phones that can be used to change audio settings and more! I would recommend 9/10!

Pros Noise-canceling is crazy good—I can barely hear anything when on a crowded bus or coffee shop, and a distant blender just disappears. Battery life is long-lasting—Sony promises up to 30 hours of playtime, and usually that tracks with my use. The quick charge is handy too: just a 10-minute charge can give you several hours more. Features feel futuristic—multipoint Bluetooth to connect both phone and laptop at once is a game-changer, and speak-to-chat that pauses music when I start talking just works so well. Cons Comfort can dip over long sessions. After a few hours, I notice ear fatigue at the top where the cups press; they’ve tried headband tweaks but it’s still a balancing act. For me, this is the headphone GOAT, its incredibly good, I highly recommend it for all users. I use it for gaming, music, gym... And the case that comes with its feels super premium and expensive. I Love this Headset.

I love these headphones. I have now had them for over a year. The sound quality is still just as good as well as the battery life. I originally bought these for airport and gym use when I’m not using my AirPods but actually use these quite often. I even use these headphones for gaming and when I just don’t feeling like sticking my AirPods in my ear. Cushioning has flattened a little but not too much. Still very soft and comfortable around my ears and on top of head.

I've consistantly using these headphones for running and regular use. I have close to 200 hours of use and the battery is still going strong. I like that you can set up ambient sound control to switch modes from noise cancelling to ambiet sound when you go from sitting to walking/running. These headphones have held up well to endurance running in the Texas himidity and heat but the abuse from the sun and heat the blue color has begun to peel off. Even with the color coating peeling off the touch controls still work.

These headphone are amazing! The noise cancellation works perfect. They also stayed on my head just fine while I was working out. Was worried that they could fall off while running, but they stayed on just fine. Also if you’re looking for headphone with good bass these would be perfect for you. Also don’t need to be charged very often and would last days even weeks depending on how often you’d use them. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a more budget friendly pair of headphones. Sound quality is amazing and definitely worth it.

Very comfortable, fit very well, good noise cancellation, good sound quality, very nice color, and I like the control panel on the side, connection is decent, battery life is the best. Best headphones out there tbh.

The best noise canceling headphones I have purchased. I have been using these headphones for close to 2 years now and they are still going strong. I use them on my daily commute to work and the noise canceling works perfectly where I can’t hear anything with my music on. Its also really good headphones for studying in a loud coffee shop. Also great for working out in, when I run they don’t fall off my head and though you may feel a bit hot wearing them while exercising it doesn’t bother me too much because I can just take them off for a few minutes and they are good to put back on again. The charge still holds up and lasts for days that I sometimes forget to charge them. Must buy headphones as they are so easy to store away.

These replace my B&W PX ANC cans. They’re lighter & considerably more comfortable in long sessions. They have more emphasis on the low end out of the box with the ability to deliver deep, ear rattling bass. The Sony app gives me the ability to customize the sound to my liking. The ANC is more [compared to the PX’s] effective with reducing ambient noise and while I don’t utilize all the available tech now, it’s very comprehensive & I may experiment down the line. Overall I am very satisfied & they were well worth the wait!

I’ve never really owned high end headphones worth this much. I purchased them considering how it will fit my lifestyle otherwise I wouldn’t need to own them. I’ve tried on some Beats by Dre and some lower end wired headphones but so far these Sony’s are as good as they say. Dre’s are too bassie and they don’t have the app features Sony’s app has. I did consider the 900’s but I thought with my Best Buy card I might as well get the nicer ones. I like the multi-connection feature for work. I’m a designer so the noise-canceling really helps me concentrate away from my coworkers. I learned I didn’t have to have volume up so high. The noise-canceling helps big time and keeps my ear drums safe lol. Honestly if I’m chilling easy, 50% volume is crisp but 80% if I’m hyped. Anything above that starts getting too loud for me. Fitment is nice and light but I can’t have them on longer than two hours. They fit comfy around my neck and people love their look. I have the gray ones. They also fit well around my hat. The noise-canceling may not be 100% but I adjust the canceling anyway when I use my hat which will almost always be outside of work. Sound quality is good. I like all types of music like OVO, indie, jazz, lofi... the frequency response rate is fine on these. I know the 900’s have a different hrtz rate that is supposed to get you a bassier sound but these will pick up all the low freq you’ll ever need honestly. Overall I think for the price, even with it tapping into the 400ish dollars, it’s kind of worth it? If you can afford it. Like I said, if it wasn’t for my Besy Buy card I wouldn’t of bought them outright only bc it’s not in my priority budget wise. Hope this helps someone.

A present for my boyfriend but I have the same ones so I knew it was a good purchase. The sound quality on these is incredible and so is the noise canceling. I use them at the gym on my runs and to study for my classes. They’re so comfortable and the battery lasts me a week without charging.

I have these headphones for 3 years now and I can definitely say these are one of the best headphones out there. These over the ear headphone are very comfortable to wear! It’s great for folks who like workout! They wrapped around nicely around your neck so doesn’t feel bulky at all! There minimal buttons on the headphones so it’s all through a touch interface on the headset. You can even turn them off if you like on the Sony app! The noise cancellation feature is great and helps me focus on what I need to do and the battery life is excellent! I definitely would recommend the replacement plan if you use these often!

Overall these are great headphones. The bass and mods are punchy and the treble is exciting and lively. The added surface area on the earcups spread the already light pressure across more of your head, making a much more comfortable fit. The multipoint connection works for the most part, but as of firmware 2.0.6 it still needs some tweaks, especially for MacOS and iOS switching. All in all this is a sold pair of headphones, but I would consider doing more research if you already have the XM3s.

Beautiful. Great purchase. Sounds amazing and I hardly ever have to charge them. Used them on a 20 hour flight and it changed the game. I’ve never been so comfortable. The carrying case also makes transportation so easy. One gripe is I thought the cushions would be a little more plush/firm

I absolutely LOVE these. Ive owned the for 5 months now. The noise cancelling is about a 4.5 out of 5. If you have music or something playing that 4.5 is taken to a 5 cause you can't hear anything outside then unless you switch it to ambiet noise. If you have noisy roommates, etc., you will love these. Sound quality is around a 4.7 for me. Best headphones ive ever owned. You have to download a free app for your phone to use them. There, you can change the tone of the sound in several different ways. These are the best. If your looking for peace around you, pick them up. They charge quickly. Padding is A+++ and extremely comfortable to wear for hours. Be patient if your having issues setting them up. Included is a charging cable and very nice hardshell carrying case.

Sony continues to push the bar higher and higher with what they can do with audio. The headphones are very comfortable for hkurs of streaming with an insanely long battery life. They have a premium feel to them and the setup is a breese. You can't gobwrong if you decide to pick a pair up.

They say you get what you paid for, and every dollar spent on this headset was worth it friend! It is top-tier for everyday life, the noise cancellation is unmatched! You see lips moving and that’s how you know the person standing in front of you is talking. This Sony WH-1000XM4 is the way to go if you’ve been contemplating and debating friend. The combination of high-quality Bluetooth codecs, great sound, improved noise canceling, amazing battery life, and smart features like auto pause and Bluetooth multipoint allowing you to connect to two devices at once is a feature you didn’t know you were missing in your life until you have it. What sealed the purchase for me was the ear cup padding (it’s giving vegan) translate that how you desire. My previous headset pressed against my earlobes and gave me a headache after an hour. These Sony ear cup paddings surround the ear kinda like a newborn pillow lounger! I don’t like to leave reviews (ever) but I’ll spend hours reading reviews on a product I’m debating on. This is me paying it forward for all the reviewers that have helped me with past purchases.

Amazing active/noise cancelation and superior sound quality! One of my favorite pairs of headphones on the market, they’re light, come with a substantial case, include all cords, and last me days at a time before charging! They also have adjustable EQ and noise cancelation, something like the AirPods Max do not. One of my favorite gifts for family/friends!

Love these headphones. I wear them for long periods with glasses and they don’t bother me much. Noise cancelling and awareness features are excellent.
