Although the WH-1000XM5 is designed to deliver high-quality sound and effective noise cancellation, individual preferences and experiences with audio quality can vary, leading to different comparisons with products from other brands. It is not recommended to wear over-ear headphones like the WH-1000XM5 while sleeping due to potential discomfort and the risk of damaging the headphones or causing harm to your ears. A broken headband is physical damage not covered by the warranty.
