Best Headphone Ever

The noise cancellation works really well especially with loud music already playing in the gym. They are comfortable and for the price, they are worth it

I find myself wearing this even after meets for long periods of time because it’s so light and comfortable.

Music sounded okay, a little too much bass in my opinion but some people prefer that. I ended up returning these though for comfort reasons. The headphones have some weight to them and the headband is very narrow so it ends up putting a lot of pressure on the top of your head. For long plane flights or working at a coffee shop, I needed something comfortable and this was not it.

The material is a little more susceptible to fingerprints than previous models but form factor is also reduced from mx4.

The sound quality is excellent. I tried the Bose competitor and the Sony headphones had noticeably better sound quality. With the noise cancelling on I feel like I'm somewhere else. The touch controls are so easy to use and very convenient. The cover-to-hear feature is great. It lets you hear someone while also providing a social que that you are busy, to keep conversations short.

Worth the investment

They have superior nose cancellation and the added features are definitely worth the investment. I do miss the fact they do no fold like my old pair. Makes it a little more bulky to carry. The noise cancellation does take a tolll on the battery life.

Best over the ear noise cancellation for air trave

I have used these on several flights and they greatly reduce the notice from the plane and the sound is excellent. I don't find that the new non-foldable headphones are issues when packing in my carry on

Could be better

Also, the ear pads are EXTREMELY flat and not very comfortable. The noise cancellation isn’t as good as other Sony headphones either. I spontaneously upgraded to these from the Sony WH-XB910N for the color (vain I know) and the fact that my ear pads were disintegrating from so much use, but regret not replacing the ear pads. Think hard about what you want from headphones before choosing these.
