The news canceling is amazing phone, giving me a headache. Sound quality is amazing. And my phone can be halfway across my house and still be connected.

The sound quality is amazing. There are button options to make it where you can pause, skip and fast forward in such easy and convenient ways. Very good but not exceptional

The material on the ear cups is finger print magnet. 2. It feels so hot after using it for an hour so. I was sweating after using it for a couple of hours. 3. The case/folder is very large and cumbersome to carry it around. 4. The noise canceling and audio quality is excellent but not exceptional or any better than from the new Boss quiet and apple earMax. Overall very good headphone with some flaws.

Homework Necessity

Only complaint is the product turns off randomly almost every time I use them. The battery is one of the biggest perks. I typically use them every other day and charge about once a week.

If the headset is turned off automatically, please try the following:
When you wear the headset over a cap, cloth, a scarf, hair, etc., wearing detection may not work properly. The automatic power off function may trigger and the headset may be turned off automatically. Wear the headset so that your ears are inside the earpads.
When the automatic power off function is set to [Do not turn off] on the [System] tab of the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, wearing detection will continue to work and the symptom may be improved.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
