Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Charge them before using them sound was low at first then charged them and sounded way much better i recently had the Sony Wh-1000xm4 and wasn't planning on buying these but sadly i ran them over. And I can tell the sound is better and noise cancelation is better. The only thing i don't like is adjusting i liked the whxm4 clicking. Overall really good headphones

Good product, just had issues

Also had some comfortability issues but that just might be me

So I returned the another for the M5. Very satisfied and relieved after a 350 purchase

Durability

Previous model sony headphones are stronger and more durable. I broke my pair of xm-5 within a few months just like a pair of beats headphones. I would prefer xm-4 for durability, sound quality is good enough.
