I use it mostly for watching movies on a Sony TV. My only complaint is that Dolby Atmos is not supported.

Underwhelming at any price.

Cons: audio quality is nowhere near what I was expecting. These sound only ok. No air to sound. Sounds flat, just not impressive at all. Audio quality over BT from Android playing very high quality source is muddy. Play same song over aux, night and day difference. That said, if you don't mind a cord, then there are way better headphones out there. What really broke the deal for me was the heat. You can't ware them more then a few minutes before you feel like you have your head in a plastic Safeway bag. I mean you just gotten take them off to let the heat out and get some air. Idk just really not my thing.

Your feedback about the battery life and controls is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
When you wear the headset, Auto NC Optimizer function always automatically optimizes the noise canceling performance by analyzing the wearing condition of the headset according to the shape of your face and your hairstyle, or the presence or absence of glasses, and the pressure change in an airplane, etc. There is no need for the wearer to press a button or use the touch sensor control panel to use this function. Because the noise canceling performance is automatically optimized by the Auto NC Optimizer function according to changes in the wearing condition and usage environment, you may notice fluctuations in the noise canceling effect.
