They are comfy, sleek, and very much noise cancelling. I put them on sometimes even without music just to block out noise and they are perfect. Not to mention the sound. The sound on these is heaven, it amplifies the noise in a way no other headphones can compare. It’s 100% worth the price

Incredible purchase.

I cannot hear anything when I am listening to music, even when on a mower or in a loud environment. Only issue that I have had is when it self switches between noise canceling and ambient, sometimes it gets confused by the wind if I am outside. But inside I have had 0 issues with that. Sound is very customizable as well. Seem very durable so far as well.

Excellent Noise Cancelling, Sound Quality 30h Batt

The active feature continually adjusts the environment and dials in the cancelling. My ears are in heaven. Use on the airplane, and it's 30hr battery make international travel so comfortable. My last set of Sony NC headphones lasted over 10 years and are still going. DONT THINK ABOUT IT...BUY THESE oh...the sound AMAZING. Also, if the battery ever dies...they STILL WORK as wired headphone.

Sounds from bass to mids to treble is amazing. Connectivity extremely simple. Easy too use noise cancelling wear them all the time. I like that all I have to do is touch the side when I want to hear whats around me and as soon as i stop touching it like magic back to blocking out the world.

Battery life comfort user friendly in every aspect. Best of all is the sound. The detail is incredible no booming bass or mind numbing highs. Crisp detailed sound best describes these things. Give them a listen you won't regret it.

Battery life is great, Type C charging is a big plus, App for Android works 100% of the time, and have had not issues switching audio from a laptop, Desktop and phone! Noise canceling is great hear almost no plane noise, and the audio still sounds great. Placing a hand over the right ear will turn on ambient sound, thought that was lame but turns out to be very nice to have.

Foam is very soft, sony’s sound is always great. Double tap functions so you can hear who you talking to or around you. Sometimes Its not always what is in and buy that name,… but you just have to trust the best brands ever existed since day 1. And sony is always been on top of the bestest.

When they work there great

At this point ive had the 4s and they dont work after 2 weekz and got these and they cut out when im ten feet away, we just been having all sorts of issues with wofi and other things.

We’re sorry to hear about the cutting out issues with your WH-1000XM5. Since you mentioned Wi-Fi struggles, the interference might be affecting the Bluetooth signal. We recommend using the Sony Headphones Connect app to set the "Connection Quality" to "Priority on Stable Connection" to help with the range.

I love these!

A bit pricey but I know that I'll run these into the ground before I replace them. The ANC doesn't seem to be as strong but it isn't very off putting. The app is pretty convenient and the music is just as crisp and clear as it always is with Sony. Too bad these aren't really meant to workout in so I'll have to go ahead and buy some earbuds. Overall I'm very satisfied with the product.

I have them paired with two devices and it switches seamlessly. The noise canceling is amazing. I also used them on video calls and the microphone does a great job canceling background noise as I work from home. I used to have a set of Bose headphones, and these perform far better than those. Highly recommend this product. Also the battery life is great.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall breakdown: Pros - Great sound (for mainstream Bluetooth headphones, wired will always be better in the high-end) Amazing noise canceling, passive is good but active is incredible Nice ambient noise passthrough Great connectivity - 3.5mm or Bluetooth, multi device Good build quality General, one-size-fits-all design Mature and intuitive touch controls Useful companion app to further fine-tune your gear Much better carrying case than the competition from Apple Included charging and aux cable Cons - Thin and somewhat uncomfortable head band, depends on the shape of the user's head The black model easily becomes dirty but has been equally easy to clean, more of a nitpick that anything Truly wonderful active noise canceling. Puts any in-ear headphones with active noise canceling to shame, which it should as the form factor would be wasted if this were not true. Even the passive noise canceling with the headphones off is enjoyable and requires no battery. The presence of a 3.5 mm headphone jack is also greatly appreciated and nice to use, for example, in a setting such as a flight that might have a monitor with no Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth range is also substantial - I am able to leave my phone at another level of my house and walk around without connectivity issues.
