The sound quality is second to none and the noise canceling feature is flawless. Also, these are very comfortable, much more so than the SM4 I used to have. Highly recommended.

THIS PRODUCT HAS CHANGED HER WHOLE WORK DAY, in the best way possible! If she has these on and I come home from work, she has no clue I am home. I can bang doors/drawers and she isn't bothered. I tried these on and it basically shut out the world. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY!!!!!

Did not have the earlier version so I can’t compare however these headphones are comfortable and extremely quiet on planes where I use them the most. Love the ability to speak and the system allows me to hear what is being said then going back to quiet after a few seconds.

Sound is great, noise canceling is great, and I could easily wear them all day

Wonderful Noise Cancelling Headphones!

They feel light and you forget that they're on your head after a while. The noise cancelling works great and I mainly bought them for traveling, but I use them at home when it's late at night.

Def recommend. You'll have to get used to the settings first as they might be a bit difficult to adjust to your liking. Battery life is good too. Only con is it's not wster proof but i can manage with that.

Dog groomers best friend

Even though it says not to sweat in them its really dependent on how much you sweat. I worked at a dog salon and wore these everyday. Noise cancelation is out of this world. If you work as a groomer, these are really good to have. They withstand extremely high pitched noises in the background as well.

Great headphones! If you aren’t near an antenna

Super lightweight, great noise cancellation, and solid price for what you get. Unfortunately, my job is near an antenna and due to this, I am picking up a rock radio station. I believe this may be due to lower quality components in the headphones which is disappointing. I can turn in my office chair and the clarity adjusts from the radio station. It really is disappointing because I purchased these headphones because I heard such positive reviews about the noise cancellation. I can’t listen to music or block out noise without hearing,” Every rose has its thorn” in my right ear. I’m sure anyone who is not working or living by an antenna can benefit from these great headphones. However, due to (assumingely) lower quality parts and the inability to even use the features it’s meant to offer; I cannot recommend this product. Just to add, I have used other headphones from different brands and no issues similar to this. I have tried resetting it to factory and no changes.

If the effect of noise canceling is not sufficient, please try the following:
Make sure the noise canceling function is turned on.
Adjust the headset into a comfortable position.
The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.
When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions.
To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it.

Which is a key feature for me the AirPods are to heavy to wear for long periods of time

Only drawback is if you’re an IPhone User the connectivity isn’t as flawless as with other Apple devices, but that’s just Apple taking advantage of the lax US consumer protection laws

Perfect for sleeping because of their light weight. Sad when I use the headphones the headstrap doesn't go any tighter or shorter as I have a skinny shaped head and am 6ft tall.
