I can hear really well with them on. Everyone says they are really clear on the other end. I’m supposed to wear hearing aids but with these I can hear everything quite well. So if I could get some help linking these to my GPS they would get a five plus rating

We apologize that you are experiencing struggles with the touch controls when skipping music, as the gesture controls should be consistently responsive. This issue can sometimes be caused by the Bluetooth signal quality, especially when the headphones are set to prioritize audio quality over a stable connection, so we recommend opening the Sony | Headphones Connect app and changing the setting to "Priority on Stable Connection" in the Sound tab. If the issue persists, please try restarting your playback device (phone/laptop) or performing a simple reset of the headphones (instructions are in the help guide) to clear any temporary glitches.
