They’re great, need improvements

The sound is AMAZING but they kept shutting off and recently they just fell apart??? I mean literally. I go to put them on and one ear piece falls out of the head piece part. Now I have to get new headphones. I would be great if they improved these issues.

Great Headphones!

Decided on these after a lot of research. I absolutely love the sound and feel of these. The quality is top notch. You won’t be disappointed if you decide on these.

Worth the price

My first phones were Koss Pro 4AAA. These provide frequency response and detail surpassing anything I’ve ever used. The noise canceling is extremely effective without any I’ll effects. Well worth the price.

XM5 is THE BEST

Amazing noise canceling as always and call quality is better by far from the XM4s. Unfortunately they did away with the voice prompts, instead opting for a series of different tones that I really don’t like. It isn’t enough for them to lose a star but it is annoying nonetheless.

Continuous studying in the school library can get loud at times. The noise cancelation is absolutely worth every penny. Although the cost really hurts the pocket.

Good sound slightly annoying build

You have to take the time to tailor the experience to how you want to experience sound with the companion app. In terms of build it is aesthetically pleasing but smudges easily. The cupping around the ears is also prone to become wet from sweat.

Not a big fan of the material it’s made of due to it feeling a bit flimsy and less solid then other headphones.

The only issue I have is that the disconnect and reconnect if I’m using them for my work laptop and my phone is near by. It’s annoying during a meeting

You hear nothing around you and using them to talk on the phone is great . Light weight and looks nice and very very comfortable but noone told you this before even on youtube. They are not loud at all . I need twice the sound they have to keep them.

For low sound level, please try the following steps below:
Turn up the volume of the headset and the connected device.
Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
Note: Depending on the connected device, the volume of the device and the headset may or may not be synced. If the volume on a device is not synced to the volume on the headset, it will not be possible to use the device to turn up the volume on the headset once the volume is turned down on the headset. In that case, turn up the volume of both the headset and the connected device.
