Vast sound quality improvement over the XM4

The noise cancelling in a way is improved but it sounds like it is always adapting to background noise and your head movements which may bother someone using this to nap with.

Good improvement in the way to handle the ambiance isolation and the total silence mode, it is very intutive and I noticed less isolation in the older version I feel disconnected from the sorroundings.Like always unparalleled sound quality. Good quality calls !

These little cushions of audio goodness were so great my teenage son "borrowed" them and has refused to return them. I also purchased the WH-1000XM4 and these are still a step up. Cons: the headband feels cheap since it is thinner than the previous plastic bands BUT since these lack that wayyy to easy to break plastic piece on previous versions, I'd say it is worth it and a design change that was overdue. If you have an iPhone, the features beat the comparable Bose headphones. If you have an Android, you might actually prefer the Bose. Either way, you can't go wrong

I originally had the mark 3s and I thought those were amazing headphones. These, mark 5s are even better in sound quality and they do a good job to function as Bluetooth headset for calls. A bit expensive but worth every penny

It connected to devices fast. - build quality and style is also much better than MX3's I recommend.

Worth the price

She doesn’t even hear anything through them and even I checked them out and they were great!

I have used these mowing and they are great. One thing I don’t care for is if you talk, the sound pauses but I suspect this is something I have to figure out.
