The only problem would be its overtime wear and tear like any headphones, but overall the quality is great.

Great heaphone

Personally, i like the anc off only because it feels like im under water... otherwise the sound quality is superb.. also the very beginning, the heaphone was cutting off at times, still does time to time

After trying a friends XM4, I had to grab them when they came out. Absolutely fantastic. I no longer have to suffer through the mindless conversation that goes on between my coworkers. My only complaint about the product would be the noise canceling feature, since it is a little lacking compared to other products. Either way it's still over all a good quality product.

Best headphones

These absolutely crush both of those headsets. They arent as good as my Sennheiser 600S but these have the best noise cancellation of the three compared headsets.

Big improvement to XM3

Good mic quality joins excellent music playback

Sound quality is great as ever, mic quality seems good according to co workers. I miss the folding aspect of the old style but don't have much of a commute so it's not a deal breaker. Wish there was some voice signal for switching between paired devices like my Bose earbuds, but it's not a huge deal.

Good Sound Quality and Comfort, Horrible Build Qua

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The overall sound quality and comfort while wearing the headphones is great, however in good faith I could never recommend anyone spending the premium price tag these headphones carry as the build quality is terrible (all the hinges are thin plastic). The build quality would not be as big of an issue if Sonys warranty covered this very common issue but they refuse and charge a premium to fix it.
