Okay headphones

I am a medical student and using these to study were amazing. But the build quality isn’t the best. I ended up returning them and buying AirPod maxs instead.

Great headphones except battery and comfort.

However the battery life on them is suboptimal and the headband has given me quite the head dent is uncomfortable after.

Great Sound and Noise Cancelling, Poor Quality

This is among the best in terms of sound quality (Sennheiser Momentum 4 is about the same to slightly better at a lower price) and the best in terms of noise cancelling. However, these headphones are made very cheaply and are not built to last. Immediately when taking out of the package I could feel they were made out of a cheap plastic and had concerns about their durability. I enjoyed them for about 7 months until they broke at the rotation point. If you are willing to pay this price and buy the geek squad protection plan these are good headphones but if you don't get the plan or expect to keep these for many years beyond the length of the plan I would stay away from these. It's disappointing they can't spend a bit more to make these right considering the price.

They are decent headphones but not great

I'm also not a huge fan of the sound on these. The spatial audio is not top tier for gaming and the bass is relatively washed out. I do like the ear cups though. Also the ANC is hands down some of the best in the game as far as over ear is concerned.

Regarding the headband comfort, you might find it helpful to ensure that you are wearing the headphones correctly. Adjusting the sliders so that the headband touches softly on the top of your head can improve comfort.
For the sound quality, you can try adjusting the sound quality mode using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. There are two modes available: "Priority on sound quality" and "Priority on stable connection." Switching to "Priority on sound quality" might enhance your listening experience.
