Incredible sound

The one complaint is that the bar across the top hits my head in a firm way and is a bit irritating. Not sure why there is not more padding or perhaps a bit more curve.

Good headphones

YIKES As far as the sound goes, these are the best headphones (sound wise) money can buy

Fussy and not worth it

First, at the tightest setting, they were too loose on my head (I'm 5 feet tall, so I'm small, but not THAT small). Second, the touch controls are awful. You have to swipe repeatedly to move the volume even a little bit, and every time you do, it beeps. Every time you touch the right side, even incidentally, it beeps. Sony's online forum says there is a way to turn the beeping off, but it was not there in the app when I opened it. Third: I have to install an app that tracks my every move in order to use my $400 headphones? No. The sound is great, but didn't blow me away .... certainly not for this price. I'm returning these, very disappointed in the user experience.

Sound great, but expensive and not comfortable

Overall I think my AirPod Pro Max's are better because they are cheaper, sound just as good, and are more comfortable.

The WH-1000XM5 has a lightweight design, super-soft, pressure-relieving earpads foamed urethane that evenly distributes pressure. Additionally, it features an adjustable slider (left and right) to ensure comfortable fit for long period of time. Hope this helps!
