Good product but expensive

Ideally it is a fair deal but not the great one. Audio clarity is very good in bright profile compared to default one. I dont seem to use the automatic functions most of the time.

Noise melts away, but no waterproofing

They’ve provided a noise cancelling experience that’s to die for. The sound sounds a bit richer. And there have been improvements to the mic— from previous models.

WH-5000XM5 REVIEW

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although the sound quality and noise cancelling are unbeatable in the modern day over-ear headphone league, the XM5's began to deteriorate very quickly and the hinges began to break after normal wear. I believe that for $400 it should at least last 5 years, but only managed to survive 2.

My only complaint is the travel is a bit harder.

I also enjoy listening to music on them. I haven't pinned down everything... haven't used them in a zoom yet, but I really didn't buy them for that purpose, so cannot say for sure if the mic works well since I use them mainly to listen to music and block out noise around me.
