Great Cans, Minor Inconveniences

This is an overall great headset with only two minor problems. One, if you wear glasses with these you will experience sound leakage, and two, after wearing these for three hours or more with glasses, your ears may start to hurt. At least, mine did. If it weren’t for those two issues, I would have rated it five stars.

A little disappointed….

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So i took these on a trip with a group of people to test the noise cancellation and was kinda disappointed that i could still hear my friends in the background while in the car driving to our destination. I had previous pairs and never complained but maybe these were defective but the music coming out was A1 but the noise cancellation was a big NO.

You can toggle between noise canceling and letting the ambient noises, simply use the button on the side of the headphones. You also have the ability to fully control the noise canceling and ambient noise feature within the Sony Headphones Connect App. Please ensure you have downloaded from the app store.

They can get a little uncomfortable after a couple hours. I would recommend them to anyone who wants or needs the best noise cancelling possible.

1- Set the "automatic power off function" to [Do not turn off] on the [system] tab of the Sony Sound Connect app.
2-Make sure the battery is always fully charged
3- Update the software
4- Wear the headset so that your ears are fully inside the earpads so that the wearing detection works properly.
