The noise quality and noise cancellation feature are so good. I recently had my Apple headphones break and got these to replace them and I like them so much more than the apple ones.

Amazing bass and good noise cancelling, however not better than the Air Pods Max noise cancelling in my opinion.

Good but could use improvements

Its comformtable, touch control responds well. When you speak or someone nearby, it pauses music and gets out of Noise canceling, allowing you to have a conversation.

Comfortable for glasses

Great except for build quality

I returned them because the arms slid too easily and I had to adjust them each time I put them on. Really disappointing for the price, but if you don’t mind this then definitely buy them.

Great Headphones - Great Musicality and Great NC!

Later in the year, I will be transitioning to a noisy open cubicle floorplan, and that is why I bought this noise cancelling headphones. So far I am very impressed with the high quality musicality of the headphones, as well as the noise cancelling capabilities; my last corded NC headset was nowhere close to either in capabilities, but was fantastic at the time I bought them. This Sony headset has set the bar even higher! I now use them almost every workday, and some weekend days, just because they are so good. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially anyone using an Android phone.

I like the quality of the materials, it is proof of damage if you bend it. Nice sound. Far better than Sony - WH1000XM4. The weight is very light.

In the meantime, you can connect your headset to two devices simultaneously through a multipoint connection, allowing you to switch music playback between devices effortlessly without the need to reconnect via Bluetooth. This means you can enjoy music from one smartphone while remaining available for incoming calls on both devices, enabling you to answer calls as they come in.

Having read your review regarding the low sound level, check the volume on the connected device as well as on the headphones. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. From there, you can use the Sony sound connect app to adjust the sound to your liking. Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones by performing a software update.
