It’s annoying.

Noise cancelling is great for the noises of plane/train. Sometimes have trouble switching connection from phone to computer but besides that no issues. I bought them full price and I recommend waiting for a sale or looking at prices elsewhere like Amazon. Had lots of issues with my AirPods charging and now these Sony are my go to.

You will need to adjust the equalization to your taste - out of the box it is muddy. Noise cancellation is just right and it is a little sensitive to talking (shutting playback).
