It's borderline magical! I wear glasses and I take them off when I wear these headphones since the extra seal they produce even make the noise cancelling even better!

They have a cool feature hovering your right hand over the right ear cup and itll allow you to hear your surroundings which is a great feature in my book!

But eventually moisture gets in and causes an annoying static. It can be fixed by removing the earcup and putting a silica packet inside, but that seems a little ridiculous for a pair of headphones as pricey as these. My first pair last about 8 months before this happened - my warranty replacement pair lasted about 2 weeks. From what I’ve read, this problem is rather common.

If you use the headset when the air is dry, you may experience discomfort due to static electricity accumulated on your body. This is not a malfunction of the headset. I have had other wireless Bose models and I like these Sony's better. Its not tight out of the box (Bose 700) and squeezing my head. The headphones sound great and filled with a ton of features.

The build quality would not be as big of an issue if Sonys warranty covered this very common issue but they refuse and charge a premium to fix it.
