But very comfortable and the added advanced touch features and immersive /360° audio definitely bridges any doubts about these headphones. Ear cups can get hot if doing activity. This version is way more comfortable and sounds even better, as well as the anc. Love them. I personally don't care that they don't fold like previous XMs

The noise cancellation is amazing and I love the fact your music stops when you move them off your ears. For the price, it’s so worth it. Poor hinge design causes it to snap off

I wore them very often, but I was always really gentle with them. I purchased them about a year and a 3 months ago. One day the hinge just snapped off. I wasn't doing anything strenuous. It just broke randomly because of the poor hinge design. The warranty is only one year (for the price it should be longer!), so I can't get a replacement, but it's not even covered by the warranty because they don't include physical damage. As much as I love these headphones for their comfort and sound quality, they are not the investment I thought they would be. Plenty of other better quality headphones that will last longer for this price.

If you have the money to spend on luxury over-the-ear headphones this is as good as you're going to get. Sure, you can get Airpods Max for a bit more but unless you're all Apple they're not worth it. Lastly, there's the Bose also has a good alternative but I'd rather not look like an alien when I'm wearing headphones. If you want a good EQ use the one I have as an image

Love the noise canceling and how it stops when it hears you speak. The music sounds really clear, really good sound quality. I'm in love with the color and shape of the headphones, very aesthetic, and the case is super useful. Also like the fact that it has a headphone jack, perfect for flights. Haven't tried the 360 reality audio yet, but I've read that you have to pay for an app to have that so I don't think that's something I'll do. Overall in love with these, no problems so far, and so it's worth the money.

Sounds amazing, using the app I connect to my computer and phone simultaneously and have seemless use between the 2, taking phone calls, teams calls and music listening. I love the simple quality of life features on it, such as, taking off the headset automatically pauses my music, then it resumes when I put it back on. Pausing and toggling the noise cancellation has been wonderful for my work environment as well. Highly recommend stepping up to this model if you're looking at the Sony brand line.
