Having read your review regarding the low sound level, check the volume on the connected device as well as on the headphones. You may also play different song with different quality to further isolate the issue. High-quality songs will give you louder audio. From there, you can use the Sony sound connect app to adjust the sound to your liking. Make sure to update the firmware of the headphones by performing a software update. It costs $100 more and have been able to compare in store it depends on concern with sound or noice cancellation. Best buy had this model and sell for $299 and even looked for a price without me asking. The manager, Keith, is really a super person. He told mechechas been at Best Buy for 17 years. I haveckbown him for 12 years, since day I moved back to Gainesville Store. I check online, but purchased most of items at this store I was cocerned with both. My opinion this model is better than the new Bose.

Very light weight and spatial sound is good. What’s annoying, auto pauses music even if Im humming a song, have to figure out to stop that!

Seems to really like them and all the neat features they come with / offer. Also seem to be built well and perform well. They are a bit pricey, but i got these on sale just before christmas and feel like they’re worth what I paid.

I don't like how to melody is separated from the base on each ear cusp. The ear cusps can get very hot and a little itchy if wearing for 4 hours or more. Battery life is great Fantastic bluetooth and noise cancelation though. The look of these headphones are very nice.

I did have an issue with when I am listening to music, it would stop playing when ever I started singing or if I spoke to someone else, not sure why this was happening, overall it’s a great headphones

Regarding your concern, it's possible that the Speak-to-Chat function (the headset pauses or mutes the music which is being played) of your headphones activates when you sing loudly or speak to someone. The Speak-to-Chat mode activates when it detects the speech of the person wearing the headset, but in rare cases, it may activate in response to the voices of other people, ambient environmental sounds, transportation announcements, etc. But you don't have to worry, you can disable Speak-to-Chat in cases where the Speak-to-Chat mode frequently activates by accident or if you don't want the music to pause when you begin to sing.
