I was able to compare these with the Bose and Apple equivalents. Sony came in 2nd after Apple! Why? The sound quality and noise cancellation is good, but not the best.

I often work driving loud trucks and heavy equipment. While I need to hear alarms, horns or changes in the sound of the machinery the dull roar can become incredibly exhausting. However with these headphones I can adjust how much of the ambient noise I hear so I do not interfere with the safe operation of said equipment. I am also very pleased with the call quality and I am told that I sound much clearer when on the headphones whether or not I'm operating equipment

Bought them because our fire alarm kept going off at work due to a malfunction. We had to keep working while it was going off. These helped soooooo much with drowning out the sound. Only downside is it would randomly disconnect while using them from my phone.

It doesn’t push down on your hair, the boise cancellation is really good, and the touch pad comes in handy a lot. I’ve had it for around 1 year now and no issues. I've have the new gen airpods pro's and a fresh new pair of wf1000xm4 from sony as a replacement. After having all tried them all, these hand downs are my favorite and hard to put down once there on. Earbuds are cool when needed especially workingout but man these are just great for working from home and just lounging. Get them if you CAN!
