I use these for the gym and my experience at the gym never been better. If you go  frequently to the gym and is looking for headphones in the market, 100% recommend these. The noise cancellation is very good, good bass and sound quality.

The mic quality is also fantastic - it’s super clear and noise cancels anything youre doing (washing dishes, crinkling paper, etc). The battery life is amazing, you probably will only need to charge once or twice a week. Can’t recommend these enough, its miles better than the XM3 i had.

The touch controls are more responsive, the battery life longer, the noise cancelling outstanding... and the sound quality quite excellent. Definitely one of the best options out there, even compared to the much more expensive Apple AirPods Max.

Not ideal gym headphones

However if you are planning to use them for the gym I would go for another option as these slide off very easily. At least for me they slide off with no effort when laying down on the bench. However, they are great for running, super lightweight and amazing noise cancelling feature! The Sony headphone app is super easy to navigate as well!

I can't make a comparison, but for the money and the quality, this makes it seem so much better than the Apple Airpods Max. Probably comparable to a Bose QC. My main gripe is that the comfort of the earcups and headband is dinky. It kinda lives up the premium price tag, but shouldn't be 300+
