These headphones are awesome and have great sound.

Great value, however after a while of use they hurt my ears. For walking purposes it's okay as I don't notice the snug fit but walking around the house listening to music and cleaning it's a little uncomfortable

This headphone is areal value for money. I am not a super crazy about sound quality n all but I use it for watching shows at night without disturbing other family members and it does a pretty good job with that

The Sony WH-CH500 Wireless Headphones are the over the ear for those that don’t really care for the earbud type. They are lightweight and look and sound good, they were reasonably priced. As for the sound which is what you look for in headphones or earbuds, in a few words they sound good. I wouldn’t describe them as overly packed with bass, but for those of us that aren’t looking for booming headphones these have a controlled, rich sound. Music listening comes through as clear sounding without distortion, podcasts and voice centric programs are pleasant. The band on the headphones provide a decent adjustment range, although my big head pushed them to the max. At first these over the ear headphones were not the most comfortable, however with some adjustment they became less noticeable. Each of the over the ear speakers rotate for easy packing (although they do not come with a case) and are fairly lightweight at about 5 ounces. I wouldn’t classify these as noise cancelling, although the ear cups do by nature prevent some ambient noise from seeping into your listening experience. All the controls are located on the right headphone, with a Power/pair/pause/answer button and a rocker style Volume Up/Down, track back/forward button. As with most headphones, earbuds or speakers a playback application with tone control/EQ function really allows you to fine tune how the playback of how your media sounds. Interestingly enough these do not seem to be compatible with Sony’s Headphones Connect or Music Center iOS apps which provide those functions. The headphones also allow you to take phone calls if you are using a mobile phone as the connected device. I briefly tested the phone call functionality and it was clear and the person on the other end of the call said I sounded clear. Considering the microphone is located on the side of right headphones it is amazing how well they work during a phone call (this was in a quiet situation, not sure how they would do with much ambient background noise). The rechargeable battery is rated for 20 hours, have not had to charge them as of yet and am almost have used them for that long. Overall these a quality over the ear headphones, that provide easy pairing and sound on par with some wired headphone and better than most earbuds. I do wish the Sony apps were able to control some of the tonal settings. Pros: - Lightweight - Clear and rich sounding - Phone call functionality - Easily connected - Long battery life Cons: - Not compatible with Sony’s own Headphone or Speaker apps - Takes time to adjust fit - Build seems flimsy, but they do not look cheap

I love the product because with multiple electronics in the home the headphones solves noise issues and sensory overload for the people in the home

Got this headset for my kindergartener and she loves it. Perfect for Zoom / Meetup / Teams calls, and generally cuts down on audio distractions for the whole family.

I bought these to try and I was not disappointed. I listen to a lot of audio books and these work out great. They get a little uncomfortable after about 90 minutes of wearing them.

I wish I could tell you more but I bought these for my PS4 and PS4 doesn't support bluetooth headphones so I have yet to find a use for them, but I will one day and I am sure they will be amazing.

Headphones were easy to use and easy to connect to devices, although I was hoping the level of comport could be higher for a long duration use.

wanted bluetooth headset to watch TV and these were recommended by the sales person. The sound quality was fine but the comfort was definitely not there. Felt like no padding and I returned them next day. Ended up purchasing a brand MEE that was actually made for TV watching. You will find these in the TV section, not in the head phone section and they are amazing. For $100 you get 20 hours of playing time for every one charge.

All the items I purchased from Best Buy are all useful and in great con-dition up to this writing. Start from HP laptop, going down to the two(2) tablets and other devices are all great shapes. I still planning to buy another items after this very busy days of mine.

The headphones will make sure you know you are wearing them. They are not the most comfortable. The volume control, need some upgrades...

These headphones were bought on sale and have been nothing but great headphones for the gym. They have lasted me a whole week with no charging. I never have to worry if there going to drop on me or disconnect. All around great product. Sony never disappoints
