I like the brand Sonny but I give some one to a gift.

You'd think that a Sony wireless headphone would connect seamlessly to a new Sony Bluetooth-enabled receiver, right? Well, no. The two simply won't link up, no matter what I do. Unfortunately, I'm past Best Buy's return window, so I'm stuck with this non-functioning paper weight. Geez.

This is one of the worst things I have bought from Best Buy. This was bought in Oct, 31, 2020. It is dead. I didn't buy the protection because the last set Best Buy cheated me out of the coverage. So it's on me. I expect better from you than to sell garbage merchandise.

Bad quality when taking phone calla. Alot of echo.

They worked good for 2 weeks. After that they wouldn't bluetooth didnt pair at all so I can talk on the phone and do my job. Guy at best buy in darian told me they were great. Negative do not buy.

My hearing is poor. I thought this "Blue Tooth" thingy would work with my Blue Tooth sound bar connected to the TV so I could hear the TV without the volume so excessive. It does not. (Evidently I'm poor at reading about electronic thingys also.

The sound quality of these headphones was horrible

These headphones literally worked less than a month! Bought them for my grandson for his birthday in April!

I bought this headset for my 7th grader for Christmas and it broke where the ear piece mounts to the headband. Lasted 5 months and would not recommend. Maybe an adult would have better luck, but don’t by for them if you are looking for durability

This was a terrible decision on my part. The instructions were only in picture form only - not a word of English! I never understood how to charge it up, connect it or position it - so I returned it to Best Buy. I absolutely hated it!

Very fragile, will break after a couple of months of light use, after the warranty with Best Buy is no longer active.

These headphones sound decent, but they are clumsily made and will most likely break during the first month that you have them.

Very poor quality. Do not buy the service plan!!! I did and in returning these after they broke in 6 months time I was only given 2/3 of the purchase price!!!! Very poor service!!!!

She doesn’t like nor want them at but I waited too late to return them. I’m only going to give ⭐️ based on my mother’s opinion of them and I’m stuck with them..

Sound quality is horrible, it sounds like cardboard. The ear part feels so small, as if it’s floating on your ear and not actually on it.

The sound in one headphone kept going out. Had to replace these 4 times now.

Awful item. Small type says doesn’t work with WiFi. Someone should tell salesman.
