    If you're looking for bluetooth headphones at an affordable price, these will do fine. And USB-C is always a plus, though it won't work as a wired solution if the battery's low, unfortunately. Windows seems to be really screwy with bluetooth headphones though. You can get them to work fine after jumping through the right hoops, but I would keep that in mind if you plan to use these with Windows.
