Nice sound. Useless x ph calls/zoom

Extremely disaoppointed since that is the one thing that took me to buy this item. As a listening device it offers good sound quality.

I cannot figure out how to connect it to the phone purchased with it. It works well with my iPhone, but I’ve tried several times and cannot connect the two products pruchased together.
