Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the excellent sound quality, long battery life, and affordable price of the WH-CH510 Wireless On-Ear Headphones. Many users also appreciate the comfort of the headphones, with some saying they can wear them for extended periods without discomfort. However, a few customers have mentioned that the fit could be better and that the highest volume is not loud enough.

Hurt your ears after wearing them a short period of time. They are adjustable but the ear portion is just small. I’m a small woman with small ears and they were tight for me.

This product doesn't really have noice cancellation. It hurts my ears after I wear it for more than an hour. And the sound is definitely not as nice as the upgraded versions.

For a low-priced product, the sound quality is so-so. I would recommend to invest for a hight-priced product with better sound quality.

The sound quality is alright. USB-C charging is nice. But the things are horribly uncomfortable. There's zero padding on the headband, and the ears are obviously cheap. The whole thing is made of very thin plastic, the kind of thing you'd expect to get on a plane for free. The fact they're $60 is outrageous. You'd think they'd have better build quality than their $10 counterparts.

Price is right, but after using for any length of time they start to get uncomfortable. There is a reason some headphones cost more than 3x the price I paid for these.

Biggest Drawback, this has no noise cancellation. I can hear echoes whenever i use these. Even if you type or snap your fingers, you’ll hear an echo. Stuck cause i did’t know about best buy’s 15 day return policy. Invest in a pair that has noise cancellation. I didn’t read the packing carefully. I was just happy to get it for under 30$. But now i wish i had read the box and spent a bit more.

Was a gift for my 10 year old who found the design very uncomfortable on his ears. He says they are hard and hurt and squeeze too much. Sound is ok. Wireless easy to set up.

The sound quality is good but cannot handle the sidetone thing. Why does Sony have such a stupid feature, where you hear everything around you and your own voice when you are on call. Awful, have to return it.

These headphones only work with blue-tooth. They could be a little bit larger around the ear and the cord is very short.

They are good enough for listening to music or bluetooth for your TV. However not so good for using with your phone the sound quality there is poor.

Fit is a bit loose and when connected to a phone call you hear an echo-like and yourself when having conversation. Also, when connected and having a conversation it will turn to sound like a robot or very choppy then OK again with echo. For some reason also drains my cell battery when connected and need to carry a portable battery back-up to avoid full drainage of battery. It gets the job done with slight interference.
