They’re cheaply made, plastic-y and don’t sound good. Also no noise cancellation. Add to this Best Buy’s insane credit card policies that required three separate changes to my credit card all for the same amount to the penny. This orde-al started 9/14 and despite multiple attempts to cancel via phone, in-store etc. I was unsuccessful. They’re position clearly was to have me receive the merchandise, and then get ut back to them via mail or in person. I’m sorry Best Buy, wouldn’t it be easier if you just cancelled the shipment and keep the merchandise in your possession. Like I asked you to do back on 9/14 and on 9/15?

My current set wore out and I purchased these but the volume doesn’t go high enough to accommodate my needs. Sorely disappointed after having used my previous ones ( several over the years).
