Great sound quality, completely blocked out any outside noise for me. Only downside was I felt they were very slightly uncomfortable over my ears, but not bad enough to deter from wearing them.

Sounds good but it didn’t connect to either my phone or tablet for some while to the point i had to buy another headphones.

I am an admirer of sony products. Many competitors nowadays, but they are still good. This product is a witness. Does what i want it to do, wireless-easy to use-builtin speaker...Bought it for my son for school, it does the job perfectly, plus for gaming.

Bluetooth was easy to set up, but when pairing, remember to temporarily turn off any wi-fi in the immediate area, since they both operate in the same frequency range and pairing interference can occur. After pairing, you can turn wi-fi back on.

The good part, quality sound, Iong battery life and crystal clear sound The bad, echoing, you hear all background noises. Delayed and overlap sounds during recording.

Overall the product is good. Good sound, ease of use, value is fair. I think the only downside is grip. It doesn’t hold well onto your ears. Not a product I would recommend for jogging or outside use,

These headphones gave me surround sound on the go. The sound came through without a flaw. I was able to endoulge in whatever I was listning to with no interruption from anythinf outside of these headphones.

They sound great. You get the classic Sony audio you have come to expect. There are two downsides in my opinion. First, the headband. There is no real padding so it tends to dig into your head and can become painful after awhile. Second, the built-in mic. When you're using it, the audio quality of the headphones drops significantly and there is an audible echo. A cheap $10-$20 set of headphones (or your stock headphones that ship with your phone) handles voice and video calls better than these. I've had a couple times where the Bluetooth just disconnects, but that's a simple fix of turning the headphones off and then back on.

They keep disconnecting randomly and I hate it I can’t return it because I threw out all of the paper. The sound is so amazingly clear but it sucks they keep disconnecting.

I had never owned headphones but wanted to try them for the many zoom meetings since I had been told it would be easier to hear the participants. These headphones are excellent - easy to use and good sound. They have made a difference!

My wife wanted headphones to do house work. So we went inexpensive. I put them on to hear a song and was blown away. I'm getting myself a pair.

Comfy enough, great sound quality and blocks outside noise. Bluetooth connection was a little funny at first with Windows 10, but worked just fine after that. I'm guessing it needed to update the driver.

It's really good headphones for the money. It also has good battery life for the money, The only complaint I have about it is they are really tight around the head. Otherwise it is a good pair of headphones for the money.

Bought these as a cheap alternative to the more expensive ones for my son. I have played with them enough to say that they are a good value. They don't cancel noise and the sound isn't top notch, but they work well.

I looked for and purchased several other wireless headsets from other companies before these Sony headphones. The sound is amazingly strong and crystal clear. Sony will always be my first choice before any other brand from this point on.

Great bang for your buck! Bought these for my young nephew, he loves them. Very easy to operate and hold a daily long charge. They do fit a bit tightly, works great for a child but perhaps not so comfortable for an adult.....

Sound is good, and reception through most of the apartment, including through a wall, is good. Adjusting the volume takes getting used to. Voice tells you when battery is charged and bluetooth enabled. Good at the price ($40).

Sound quality seems great for music and calls. Mic pick up a little weak and there has been a learning curve to get to the point where we are dropping every call. Well made and noise cancelling effect is enough for oyr purposes.

My father in law liked a name brand headphone that my young nephew had, so we bought him a quality pair of headphone to use while at home and he wants to listen to something on his phone. Sony has long been a great brand and they did not disapoint.
