Super Comfy and Long Battery Life!

They are super comfortable, have great sound quality, and are easy to connect with a long battery life! I wear these pretty much all day every day and have no issues!

Not as Pleased as I thought I would be

We recommend to customize the sound to your liking using the Sony | Sound Connect app. You can use the Equalizer to adjust the sound and make sure the Sound Quality Mode is set to "Priority on sound quality."

Sound is balanced and can be adjusted with the Sony headphones app, noise cancelling is solid, ambient mode is natural, battery lasts forever, the microphone is great and they are feather weight. The ONLY issue is that they don’t come with a case, but one can be picked up easily.

Good for phone use, but caution for pc zoom use

They fit great and don't squeeze your head and sound good. the noise canceling feature help muffle background sound. Con is I purchased these for use with my wife's surface pro and the headphones don't want to connect for zoom calls.

Noise cancellation is pretty good for the price. I wear these when I study and go to the gym. I had minor issues when connecting it for the first time but I got it to work.

love my phones

I have the previous model. Both are well made and easy to use. I have had mine for 2 years and use them to watch TV and listen to music. The sound quality is excellent for the price.
