Sound quality is excellent and the battery life means more time out of the charger. Out of all of the headphones I looked at this was the best bang for the buck!

We're very sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the connectivity of your new WH-CH720N headphones. We want to ensure you get the great sound quality you expect from them.
A common first step to resolve pairing and connectivity issues is to reset the headphones. You can do this by pressing and holding the power and play/call buttons for about 10 seconds until the indicator flashes.
If that doesn't work, initializing them to factory settings can often fix the issue. Please also make sure you have the latest software installed using the Sony | Headphones Connect app, as this can improve performance and stability.

The build of the headphones feels cheap and lightweight but it doesn't affect anything overall. also, the battery life is better than any other headphones I've tried.

Decent sound and the noise cancelation works like a charm. Nailed these on sale, but would happily pay full price if I had to replace them.
