While Sony has been great in the past for electronics, other brands are exceeding their performance. I thought all would be well with these headphones however, on calls, all is heard is background noise on the other end. Not worth the purchase.

Sound was horrible and call quality was really really bad

Purchase these earbuds just approaching 5 months ago and they're already have static in one headphone. Thinking because it's Sony it would be a good brand really not satisfied and haven't had them 6 months yet

I bought these headphones beginning of May 2019. Three weeks in the left earbud stopped working. Now it's completely dead. The quality of these headphones are horrible and clearly do not last. I suggest you don't buy these headphones.

I am most disappointed in this SONY product. The sound is very tinny, too short charge life, the weight of the mic almost pulls pods out of my ears and the wire is not long enough; sorry but I wish I had not purchased this wireless headphone.

Returning these headphones. Could not get them to pair with my iphone 8 plus. Yes, they were fully charged. I even went online to see how to pair and it is supposed to be pretty much automatic but I could not get it to work.

I bought them right before Christmas, and they just died on me today. One minute they working, and then nothing. I powered it off, and wont come back on. Call quality was so so, people said I sounded low. Not worth it

Not great sound quality and that big round bar at the back pulls it out of your ears and is REALLY uncomfortable. I bought it on sale for $20 as an extra back up, so it's fine for that.

I still haven’t been able to get these headphones to work. I have followed the instructions and the link never appeared in my blue tooth to link. I’m in the process of returning them for a refund

Do not waste your time buying these! They did not work brand new out of the box. Now I have to waste the time to make a trip to return. I will not be getting a replacement for these.

After reading several reviews on this product, I've decided to give these earbuds a chance. After taking these out of the box, the setup is fairly simple. You do have to put them on the charger before you can use them, but it took less than 2 hours to get a full charge. So I cannot complain. The sound quality is decent, considering the price. The noise cancellation is excellent, and the sound I get from playing my music on Pandora is crisp and clear. I do like extra bass when listening to music, but these earbuds won't give you that. Just enough to be satisfied. My only disappointment with these is that there is no clip to attach to the collar of your shirt. When I'm not wearing these in my ears, I cannot have them around my neck, as they fall easily. Maybe it's due to the short cord? Also, the volume control on the cord does weigh down the left earbud, and will fall out when you move around a lot. Other than that, I'm fairly happy with my purchase.

Charger died after 2 months use and annoying to use when running. The charging piece of the headphones kept hitting the back of my neck when running

In a month's time only one side of the headset was working. Don't even remember when the other side stopped working too.

I bought these earbuds twice. They work well for about a couple of months then I start having problems. I can’t hear out of one side,or the get staticky.

I thought it would be a good set of headphones being that they are Sony. But I was wrong, not as loud and the right ear piece cut off and never came back on.

Within 6 months after purchase this headphone stopped working because bluetooth pairing is not happening. Support people are also not responding.

They were a Christmas gift and used only one time before they broke. I dont have the packaging and cannot return them. Extremely disappointed.

There isn't much that I can say about these headphones, as they wouldn't pair with any of our Bluetooth devices. So we had to return them.
