I purchased it with a deep discount and I still regret it. The sound quality is not what you would expect from a Sony product. Just don't look at it. The quality is so bad, and I am even thinking whether other Sony product could come with similar quality.

The in-ears are not comfortable and after a few minutes it causes dull pain. The placement of the controls is very bad and battery is too heavy that even if you want wearing them from room to room they create a lot of discomfort. Going back to its shelf

Not a great quality headset for it's price.

I don't know who tested this item before they put into the market, that person is wrong to price it for over $25. I say it's a $7 item. That's my opinion.

The wired headphones that came with my Gakaxy S10+ for free have better noise cancelation and quality than these ones. Don't waste your time or money.

They each only lasted about 3 months. When the first set the quit working I thought it was something I had done. However, when the second set went out after 3 months, it's a quality issue. Of course, they quit working after the return date.

Only wish I could return, but it has been six months. Have never been able to use. I recently purchased Galaxy ear buds that were a delight to set up and use and no wires at all!
